1. Right of use
Provided that it does not infringe upon valid rights, my Script may be used on any Internet site without expiration. The distribution or sale of these Scripts is not permitted without permission from the programmer.
2. Utilization costs
All Scripts are free for private and commercial use if the copyright notice within the Scripts are not removed.
Commercial sites that would prefer to omit inclusion of the copyright notice may obtain that entitlement through payment of a small fixed fee (the same conditions apply to private use). Licensing costs are as follows:
35 euros for one license
65 euros for 2 licenses
90 euros for 3 licenses
3. Code
The code of a Script may not be altered or changed in any form other than the configuration. All Scripts are meant for a particular purpose and should not be used otherwise. Only the coloration, appearance adjustments and minor programming remediations are permitted.
4. Liability
Use of these Scripts is at the user's own risk. The programmer is not responsible for damage or other losses which may result from use of the Script. Scripts have been extensively tested before release!
5. Support
Questions, problems and suggestions should be written in the forum. Contact
the programmer by Mail only in exceptional cases. Since the Scripts are free,
no obligation for support exists! This also applies to paid Scripts (e.g. with
copyright mitigated), so each user is therefore advised to verify the Script
for proper functionality before purchase !
